Uncle Vito’s N.Y. Pizza is pizzeria that specializes in authentic New York style pizza. Our menu also features appetizers, salads, hoagies, pasta dishes, parmigiana sandwiches and oven baked specialties such as calzones and strombolies. We offer counter service for lunch, table serve for dinner, take out, delivery and catering. The dining room is filled with photos of N. Y. C. that gives the feeling of being in the big apple. Beer and wine may also be served in the pizzeria if permitted by law.

                            Brand Name Identification
Your fees include the right, with the approval of Uncle Vito's N.Y. Pizza Inc., to use the UNCLE VITO’S N.Y.pizza trademark, trade secrets, business systems, and designs. As we grow, so does the value of the Uncle Vito’s N.Y. Pizza brand name for you.

                                  Location Analysis
Location is a key element for your new UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA . We review the specific site criteria and approve your location, subject to your decision to proceed. No location is selected without mutual approval of UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA and you. UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZAS may be located in existing freestanding buildings, shopping centers, enclosed malls, business districts, suburban communities, airports, colleges, hospitals, sports centers, and near large industries
.
                                 Restaurant Design
UNCLE VITO’s N.Y. PIZZA have a uniqueness all their own. The comfortable booth seating indoors and out door patio  (when space permits) creates its own brand of laid back relaxation. The unique design and style of the pizzeria lends itself to an atmosphere of being in “the city that never sleeps” while enjoying delicious pizza or Italian dish.  Televisions are there to satisfy your customer's visual desire with programs such as sports, news shows and other suitable programing geared to customer's needs.

                           Construction and Equipment
A portion of your investment is allocated towards building/renovation and fully equipping your restaurant. You may use our affiliate G.J.H. Management Group Corp. (If Available) or any reputable contractor for the physical construction of your restaurant. your compliance with our standards and specifications helps maintain the UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA brand image. We will assist you in this process. You must purchase the approved UNCLE VITO’s N.Y. PIZZA restaurant equipment package.The equipment package may be purchased from our affiliate, G.J.H. Management Group Corp., or from some other supplier (provided the equipment, warranties, delivery times, and willingness to cooperate with you and our staff meets our standards.)
                                        Training
Our training program consists of 160 hours of hands-on experience in an operating UNCLE VITO N.Y. PIZZA and 30 hours of classroom training at the UNCLE VITO’S N. Y. PIZZA Training School. The UNCLE VITO N.Y. PIZZA Training School covers all facets of operating a business, such as marketing, accounting, hiring policies and procedures, cash management, customer relations, and other critical business matters. Once you have successfully completed this class along with your in store training, a UNCLE VITO N.Y. PIZZA representative and/or subfranchisor (see note #1) will assist you at the opening of you UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. Pizza..

                                   Securing the Lease
The UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA  legal department negotiates each lease with the landlord and your attorney. This lease is between the landlord and a leasing corporation designated by UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA . We then sublease the premises to you.

                              An Investment Opportunity
An investment in UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA  is an investment in your future. UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA  is relatively inexpensive compared to other restaurant concepts.To open your first UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA  you will need between $80,000 to $200,000* . Equipment financing may be available to qualified applicants through third party lenders or equipment leasing companies. After our review, we can direct you to lenders and/or leasing sources to assist you in the process.

One of the reasons why UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA is such an attractive franchise, is its ease of operation. Because of the type of menu items featured. Following our system by preparing top-quality pizza and italian dishes,you will keep your overhead low by having little or no waste and lower employee overhead.

                   Effective Marketing and Advertising Programs
Our franchise agreement specifies required support, but we also provide a number of voluntary support services. These services address the many facets of competing in the complex business world with solutions for everything from how to get the word out to how to keep the books. UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA develops national marketing plans and suggests overall marketing, advertising, merchandising, and public relations programs for regional franchisee advertising cooperatives and individual locations. Each program is designed to help support franchisees in successfully promoting their restaurants.

                            Ongoing Operational Support
Even with intensive training, questions will arise. UNCLE VITO’s N.Y. PIZZA personnel and/or subfranchisors (See Note 01) are available to give you practical advice. Our subfranchisors (See Note 01) are an integral part of the UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA support system. They provide advisory and consulting services to assist our franchisees in all aspects of their restaurant development, operations and marketing.

                                     Central Purchasing
For UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA to taste the same around the world, the products must be the same. For this consistency, we have developed high quality products that create the UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA experience. We make sure that you have access to the quality food products by establishing manufacturing standards and pricing. In many cases, this allows us to negotiate volume discounts that result in savings to our franchisees. We then arrange for local distribution of these products at the best combination of service and distributor markup. All of the products you will need can be obtained from two or three sources.

                                       Portion Control
Successful portion control is dependent upon equipment and training. Both the UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA Operations and the UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA Training Manuals help you with explicit instructions on how to run your business, control your costs, and provide your customers with consistent quality UNCLE VITO’S  Italian specialties and pizza.

                                        Cash Control
Your business success is dependent upon controlling your costs. Keeping accurate, daily records is a necessity. We have created a variety of easy-to-use forms to keep track of sales and other crucial business statistics. In any business, but particularly in your own business, controlling your cash flow each day will determine your future. Inventory controls are also a critical factor in any business venture. UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA has a state-of-the-art Point of Sale (P.O.S.) cash register system to assist you in monitoring this segment of your business. Our long-term goal is to use our new computer based P.O.S. system to form an Intranet. This will allow us to communicate more effectively and help you to execute the UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA system and operate your business more efficiently.

I. How do I get started?
The first step is to fill out the  "Confidential Personal Application", just click on the aplication button on either the top or bottom of the pageand hit the send button once your finished . This does not obligate you or UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA in any way. The statement is simply used to determine mutual compatibility. Upon receipt and review, we will contact you to arrange a personal meeting and address your questions. At the first meeting, if we both agree to proceed, we will give you our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) for review [See Note 02]. This  document contains all the information required by the Federal Trade Commission and/or the particular state in which your UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA will be located. A copy of our opportunities is contained in this document. The UFOC will help enable you to diligently investigate our franchise program.

2. What types of opportunities are available?
Individual and multi-unit franchise opportunities are available. UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA also awards subfranchises under a separate UFOC (See Note 01)in select areas based on the individual's background and qualifications.

3. What does your initial franchise cost?
The initial franchise fee for your first franchise is $20,000. The fee can be reduced for additional franchises based on certain conditions and criteria.

4. What is the term of my franchise agreement?
A 20-year franchise agreement is awarded to qualified franchisees. We are prepared to commit to a long-term relationship with you.

5. Is there a continuing franchise fee?
Yes. The continuing fee is 6% of gross receipts, excluding sales tax.

6. Is there an advertising fee?
Yes. Currently the advertising fee is 2% of gross sales, excluding sales taxes, which use is solely determined by UNCLE VITO'S N.Y. PIZZA company .

7. Does UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA offer financing?
UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA will recommend equipment lessors, SBA and lending programs with third-party sources to qualified franchisees. However, we do not offer or guarantee you will be able to get financing.

8. Will I receive assistance in finding a suitable location for my UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA?
Yes. While it is your contractual responsibility to find a suitable location, a UNCLE VITO’S PIZZA representative and/or your subfranchisor (See Note #1) will voluntarily assist you in this process. We will collectively review all available options and approve a location that is mutually agreed upon that meets our criteria.

9. Who signs the lease?
A UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA subsidiary will execute the master lease. The franchisee will be granted a sublease.

10. How long does it take to open a UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA?
We hesitate to give a specific time due to the number of variables that exist. Usually a UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA opening may be completed within 60 to 90 days from the time a site is leased, but this time period may vary due to the following factors: the number of existing franchisees who are already in the development process training, arranging financing timing of the building on the premise and construction time local codes

11. Do I receive training by UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA?
Yes. Our current training program consists of hands-on experience in an operating UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA and formal classroom training at the UNCLE VITO’S N.Y.PIZZA training facility in metro Atlanta, Georgia. The UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA Training School  covers all facets of operating the UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA business, including: store operations, marketing, accounting, hiring policies and procedures, cash management, customer relations, and other critical business matters. Once the training programs are complete a UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA representative will assist you at the opening of your  pizzeria.

12. Can I sell my franchise?
Yes. As in any other business, your business can be sold. UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA must approve the buyer. There will be a 5% transfer fee to cover legal costs,training costs, etc. The terms and conditions are explained in detail in the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular. (See Note 02)

13. Is UNCLE VITO’S N.Y .PIZZA equipped for the future?
UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA is continuously working to improve our business in order to adapt to an ever-changing pizza industry. We seek to take advantage of new technology, refine existing systems, and react to new market opportunities as they arise. UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA is an organization with dedicated professionals seeking to make the concept a success.

                      Uncle Vito’s N.Y. Pizza Evalution Process

Evaluating a business opportunity should be handled logically, and ample research should be completed prior to making an informed business decision. We encourage you to use the following process to research our opportunity, making sure it fits your personality and
addresses your short and long-term goals.

Step 1- Application
Please click  on the application button at the top or bottom of the page . Complete and click on the send button at the bottom of the application. To determine mutual compatibility and financial responsibility, we ask you to fill out this form for careful evaluation by our management team. The information supplied will be held in strict confidence. Submitting this form does not obligate you or UNCLE VITO’S N.Y.PIZZA in any fashion.

Step 2- Review and Initial Discussion
Upon receipt of your "Confidential Personal  Application," we will contact you within one business day to discuss our franchise opportunities in greater depth and address any additional questions.

Step 3- Visit, See and Sample
We encourage you to visit us for a personal interview. You'll meet with some of our management team, understand our operating system and sample our delicious UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA  food.

Step 4- Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC)
At or before our first meeting, you will receive our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) mandated by the Federal Trade Commission and the particular State  In which your UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA will be located. This document explains our opportunity in depth and should be reviewed by your attorney and CPA to clarify business terms  and conditions. You may contact them to assist you in your research and in developing your business plan. UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA personnel, subfranchisors, or its agents are not permitted by UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA to furnish you with financial projections, potential sales, earnings, earnings claims, or profitability projections.

Step 5- Franchise Agreement and Fee
The next step in our process is to determine mutual compatibility. Assuming we are right for each other, you will be awarded a franchise agreement.

Step 6 – Location and Lease
Once UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA receives your executed franchise agreement and the required franchise fee, a mutually acceptable location will be sought. When a location is found, the lease negotiation process begins. A leasing subsidiary corporation of UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA will execute the master lease and sublease to you.

Step 7- Training
Next, you will be scheduled for in-store training at our UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA store in  metro Atlanta, Georgia, and training at our UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA Training School.

Step 8- Open YOUR UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA Store

Your UNCLE VITO’S N.Y. PIZZA will open once renovation/build-out, equipment installation, and the classroom and in-restaurant training are completed A Uncle Vito N.Y. Pizza . representative will assist you during your initial opening. Once your pizzaria is open, local, regional, and corporate support continues as provided in your franchise agreement.
